Kerja kerja land clearing Lot banglo tapak rumah baru bermuka pagi ini 8hb. Oktober 2013. Hari ini, beli chain saw RM350-00. Malang sekali kerja kerja pembersihan terpaksa ditangguh kerana pemandu backhoe diserang lebah terpaksa sambung kerja besok.
Turns out chain saw (used) is hopeless. Broke down and went to ask for returns. Seller offered a new replacement with top-up what I had paid for the used one.
Backhoe rental is RM350.00 per day or part of a day. The markings for the boundary is done simultaneously.
Land clearing and earthwork took 2 days. In the meantime, I ordered the necessary hardware for construction such as steel bars, materials for building workers quarters (kongsi) plywood, tools and planning for the phase of the project i.e. a 20 ft. high 60ft long retaining wall to reclaim part if land at the back which has a steep slope.
